Thorsten is a theater director who studied directing at the Max-Reinhardt-Seminar in Vienna and has run Theater unterm Dach in Berlin as artistic director since 2021, so he has his own stage to work on. He co-leads the Movetalk Leadership Program with Maria Thanhoffer, using body language, presence and stagecraft to coach founders, leaders and teams on how they communicate and carry themselves. He runs workshops, coaching and training, and previously led the 48h Neukoelln art festival.
