Konstanty Sliwowski is an Oxford-educated entrepreneur with 20 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. He built and exited Caissa Recruitment, served on the board of Arrows Group, and founded School of Hiring, a platform and podcast helping founders make better hiring decisions. He is now also co-founder of Klareda, a hiring intelligence tool, where he leads product vision and hiring strategy. He has personally conducted over 12,000 interviews and supported more than 1,000 hiring decisions across Europe, Asia, North America, and the Middle East.
