The Women* CTO Community is a peer network for top-level tech leaders who identify as FLINTA*, spanning CTOs and aspiring CTOs within reach of the top role. It connects over 550 women* in tech leadership for peer support, exchange and career growth. Membership is application-based against clear criteria; the community is Europe-based and relevant to senior women engineers and CTOs in Germany.
