Deep Work Club

Deep Work Club runs a 6-week in-person leadership program in Berlin (with sessions also near Munich) that combines weekly onsite group coaching, daily challenges and personal reflection in small, curated groups of about 10 participants guided by a vetted coach. Alongside the leadership program it runs a longer 1-year founder program and a career clarity track, plus deep-work sessions, walks and founder events that connect a wider alumni community of 70+ startup founders and operators. It suits founders and operators who feel constant pressure to perform and want a high-trust space to slow down, understand their leadership patterns and make clearer decisions about their career or company.
