CTO Craft is a global community founded in 2017 by Andy Skipper, a former CTO at Made.com and Comic Relief, to support first-time and experienced technology leaders. Members get access to a Slack community, monthly Mentoring Circles facilitated by experienced CTO coaches, one-to-one coaching, an online learning hub called Campus, and both virtual and in-person events such as CTO Craft Con, regional Mixers and Bytes sessions, including editions in German cities like Munich and Berlin. It suits CTOs, VPs of Engineering, Heads of Development and other senior technology leaders in startups, scaleups, enterprises or non-profits who want peer support, mentoring and networking with other engineering leaders.
