2Hearts brings together people with an immigration background across Europe's tech industry - the ones who grew up between cultures, or whose parents or grandparents immigrated. Members range from students to senior execs, founders, and investors from 110+ nations. It runs a Slack-based peer network, a mentorship program with 100+ mentors, regional meetups in Berlin, Hamburg, Munich, Frankfurt, and NRW, and advocates for cultural diversity in tech.
